Came here with my mother. She was making a payment on her BofA credit card, but I was amazed to find only one teller serving the entire line. My mother’s bank is Wells Fargo and they always have multiple tells working the line. It was quite a wait. I think BofA could do a better job with meeting customer service needs. The interior was clean and neat and parking was convenient.
Real bad customer service. One cashier at 12:40 . There were two and one went to lunch when there were approximately 15 customers plus myself waiting on line . I waited for approximately fifteen minutes and probably two customers were helped. Line moved very slow BAD REAL BAD customer service.
I came in to cash a check there line didn’t move for an hour one Women working !! Never coming here again worst bank ever if I could give no stars I would
The ATMs at this bank are a disgrace to all the rest of the ATMs in their system. And I have used them far, and wide accross America, and never did I have problems like I have with these one's. It's like whomever has the contract to fix them, doesn't, for job security purposes. Go figure?
For anyone that needs an open bank chase cashes checks without an account, quick to make an account, and just one parking lot over. I was forced to do this because of. Well keep reading. 0 stars, what fantasy land do they live in that they will take your money but not let you inside. Read the response from the owner to the reviews. Does that seem like an acceptable responce from someone who cares about you or your money. He just copy and past policy like a big middle finger. Id trust my money with monkeys in a zoo before i ever comeback to bank of america being that there bar is lower than the zoo. Not only have there been robberies right out side the door, but there machines have been tampered with on multiple occasions making the news[google bank of america high desert news]. The only thing american about this bank is the name and that feels like they spit on it with there service. Take your ponzi scheme bank somewhere else, the desert has enough problems with out you trying to make it worse
3 months and still not a single branch in Apple Valley ca open. They say it's for our safety but they are open in Victorville and Hesperia the schools are open. I need to change banks. Been with them for over 50 years. Been with them in Apple Valley for over 25 years. Really don't want to start over but have no choice.
Y'all I don't even use this bank yet I had money withdrawn from this location while I was out of town. Making claims on this has to be the hardest things because it's literally unbelievable. Be safe around this bank something is not right there. I advise you to go in if you bank here. Something ain't right
If I could give Zero Stars I would. I don't live in this area but I needed to go to the bank. I tried to go in and the security told me the bank is closed and to try elsewhere. Yet I noticed a bunch other people blonde are able to go inside. Seemed a bit unfair. I asked why they were allowed to just walk on in and the response I got was "Maybe they have appointments." Thought the bank was closed? I never felt so discriminated against before. Really makes me want to not bank with this company anymore.
Writing this review cause I'm so over how they run their branch. I got to this bank multiple times a week for work and everytime, they have one person working and 10 people in line. I went two days ago and it was one girl working while another was closing out. She looked up at the huge line several times and continued to ignore and not help the other girl clear the line. By this bank not having more people working it makes the few great workers look horrible .
This branch and the Hwy 18 branch in Apple Valley have been closed for an extreme amount of time. Your about to loose a long time customer.
