This is a Feb 2022 update: Called to see if Salinas Main BofA opened...sadly still closed. It was always busy, but good service. Also used to go to Marina BofA in Lucky grocery store; sadly it's also still closed–& it had good service too. Seems like all the good branches have been shuttered & not re-opened. VERY SAD! Went to a BofA in Los Gatos when hubby was having cancer treatment at Stanford San Jose Cancer Ctr. Excellent service there also. Still won't go to Northridge Mall branch. Gave it a try recently to see if anything had improved. It hadn't. BofA NEEDS TO REOPEN THE BRANCH ON MAIN STREET! [PREVIOUSLY] Hate having to go to this location but it seems to be only BofA location open on Sat. Lines are horrible, never enough teller windows open. Once a manager took my credit card payment & said she could post it since I had no transaction involving cash. I verified that she would post it that day because I didn't want to incur a late charge. She didn't post it & I had a late charge which I disputed. I don't know why BofA closed other better run branches & kept this 1 open. It's what's called customer UNservice!
Waited for 30 minutes just get skipped by bank employee twice.
Unhelpful, unreliable team. Don't schedule an appointment. Unless you like your time wasted. You will be checked in and never meet with a team member.
I have been to this BofA branch 3 times & avoid it when possible. The lines are horribly long, long, long & move as slow as molasses. I have counted as many as 25 different customers in line waiting & only 2 or 3 tellers are open. You can tell they are so stressed when someone's at a window. I had a very bad experience paying a credit card bill. A mgr was trying to take care of transaction not involving cash or deposits. She took my payment & told me she would make sure it posted the same day so I didn't have to stand in line. Well it wasn't posted until the next day. Luckily I was 1 day early so I didn't get a late charge from the mgr not following thru on what she told me she would do. DO NOT go to this branch. It's the worst BofA branch I've ever used, from CA to New England to the South to Texas to the Southwest.
15 people in front of me and only one teller. What a bad management. Rather drive all the way to Marina inside the store Lucky for a better service where you are in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Line all the way to the door.It wouldn't be BANK OF AMERICA without the line. So many years in busness you would think they know which days are the busiest. 20 minutes in and there are still 20 people ahead of me.
I waited in line 30min just to withdraw money I had no choice than to wait because it was over the limit I can take out on the ATM this bank need to hire more employees and keep their lines moving, even to make a wire transfer I had to book an app and they only had for the following week but I need to send money now not next week costumer service is good is not the employees why I gave one star is the branch they need more personal..
Erica and her manager are incompetent, they have no clue what they are doing. Go to Seaside or Monterey.
Very upset with this branch. Website says open from 10-1. There was a line forming around the bank waiting for them to open only to find out closed. Change your hours on the website. Every other bank was open except b of a. Very unprofessional.
Horrible bank. Racial profiling to the max. Only coming to this bank because my branch is closed. Make you feel like a criminal for making a purchase with YOUR own money.
