Bank of New Hampshire

I have a great relationship with this bank, staff is friendly, its clean, ect ect. Now typically I really dislike leaving reviews that aren't positive unless it's earned, this is more of a nit pick. I'm expressing one of my biggest pet peeves that has developed overtime 2020-current and that let peeve is... closing and locking the doors 20-30min prior to "closing" time .... after racing Across town to make the bank hours 5pm to deposit some money needed asap I find the door locked at 4:40.. I find this unacceptable and unprofessional, its hard enough to make 5pm.

I'm sorry to see that there are a few one star reviews lowering the rating of Bank of New Hampshire because I've only had 5 star service at this bank. First off I am not someone who posts reviews very often. However, after leaving a bank the other day due to horrible customer service I went online and made an appointment at the Bedford branch of Bank of New Hampshire. Marie promptly called me to ask me what she could do to prepare for our meeting then next day. She was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and super respectful of my time. Even now she is going out of her way to work on something for me. I hope you all know what you have in an employee like Marie deRochemont. Her customer service is impeccable. Thank you for everything you do Marie.

I've been a Bank of New Hampshire customer for many years. I love the convenience of the new location on River Road. The BNH team there is always friendly, welcoming and professional! Great customer service.

The tellers are really nice but the new manager, I think is named Trisha seems rude. I saw her reprimand her employees right in front of a few customers... which I thought was off putting and inappropriate. I miss the old crew and the old manager Elin. Definitely only going to manachester where Elin and Marie are. They're the best.

Walked in to open an account with my wife, waited 20 minutes while the teller talked on the phone. Didn't even get a "hello". Teller got off the phone to tell us we would have to wait longer, put up the next window sign and walked on. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a bank.

$35 overdraft fees and $175 dollar "returned item" fees, which are the same thing.

Love BNH. Been with them a long time. Service is exceptional.
