Bank of Oak Ridge offers excellent customer service in assistance with your banking matters as well as insurance. I am super grateful for the opportunity to work with Natalie, Brent and Chastity. They are all so amazing at what they do and are always happy to help answer any questions or resolve any issues.
I think in our current economy, having a local bank is key...independent from the big national/international banks. There is something about Bank of Oak Ridge that offers a great financial security and trust. Their interest rates are usually below the majority of banks AND credit unions. They have been respectful, responsive, and knowledgeable. This has been my experience for several years.
I cannot say enough good things about the Bank of Oak Ridge. If you want that personal touch that the big banks can no longer deliver with a local feel then you have found it with Bank of Oak Ridge. I have worked with Tammy and Jeff for over a decade and they continue to impress me with their service and attention to details, and go the extra mile without even being asked. When we visited the Bank of Oak Ridge, we were cordially greeted by the front tellers and asked to wait in their comfortable lobby. Natalie Payne soon greeted us, and from that first connection, we knew we were in good hands. Natalie expressed interest in us, in our move to NC, and offered help in several areas in which we needed assistance. I can honestly say that it felt as if Natalie had become a friend to us and not just an advisor. She went above and beyond in providing the best opportunities for us. We highly recommend the Bank of Oak Ridge, and we definitely commend Natalie Payne for her exceptional advice and assistance!

This community bank lives up to its reputation of community. BOR staff is consistently courteous, effective, respectful, helpful and efficient. They have always been extremely helpful in addressing all my needs as a personal and business banking customer.
I have had nothing but excellent service at the bank of Oak Ridge especially when having Rachika help assist me. She is friendly and welcoming and always helpful. You always feel like you are the most important customer. I love coming in and feeling like I'm at home. Great service!
