My daughter worked there for about a month her supervisor would not help her at all when she asked for help she was let go seems to be a couple of ladies there that think they are better than anyone else I was a supervisor for 30 years and that was my job to help others if you can’t do that then you’re not a good supervisor my daughter liked her job very much and was more than willing to listen and learn only if she would have had the opportunity so I am very much upset with the way she was treated and the way they handled the situation I think that they really owe her an apology and that those to ladies should be ashamed and they should also be put on the chopping block them selves
Itms are open from 7am-7pm during the week. That is very convenient. I also have a couple of loans with Connect Bank. Competitive rates & super easy application & approval process. Britt & Mark are my go to for loans! All of the staff is friendly.
I have used this bank for years. These new changes need to be thought about. Elderly people hardly know how to use the machines. Then with no drive thru at end of month it will be hard on handicap to get out and go in if unable to use machine. If machine goes down we will have no way to access money without paying extra at other bank. Never heard of a bank with no drive thru.
Great bank to do business with. Was skeptical of the new ITM's at first, but really like it now. Longer hours makes it really convenient. Super nice and friendly staff.
Absolutely, the best bank in Arkansas to open an account for Non-Profit organizations. The staff is so kind and very helpful! Stop by and say hi! They don't mind!!
Staff if friendly however their systems are way out dated. Direct deposits don't post until 9:00 am or later and the staff can't tell you if you have pending deposits maybe a training could help with this. But the direct deposit timing is my issue mainly!!
Convenience of the mobile app is great. Systems have been upgraded in the last few months that allow for real time looks at your account.
