worst bank ever. Used them for an auto loan. the online system is flawed. the information I need to access is in a hidden section through several menus. the customer service team, while nice, has about twelve different departments to go through to get questions answered. With my questions about 40% resolved I was transferred back to make another payment, but was sent to voicemail. Currently in the process of refinancing a two month old loan to get away from this bank.

So, a new policy is that No One can endorse a 3rd party check to you and you deposit it through the ATM or Mobile Deposit.  You now have to go directly into the bank with that person.  This makes it difficult for people especially since there is only one location in all of Sacramento/Elk Grove. I use to love this bank but it is becoming far to difficult to deal with.

Great bank, very respectable people, and very helpful. I was out in the Sacramento area on business and needed a notary and we found this place.

This is your usual bank. Nothing particularly stands out different than other Banks. Always plenty of room in the parking lot.

The tellers and staff are very kind and courteou!

They give free coffee!!!
