now I know why the ATM is always out of order? be very careful and check ur monthly statement cuz it deducted 500.00dls twice in one day..luckily I was going through my August statements and discovered the error and that was 2mo.ago and they won't tell you
Take your business somewhere else!!! Bank of the West in Pico Rivera is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I have family members who bank with Bank of the West different location so I thought I could trust them. Unfortunately, I was wrong. As a consumer I cannot trust a bank who's manager lies, doesn't follow through on her word, and disregards bank policies in their policy hand book. They don't care about the customers or their needs. All they care about is $$Money$$. I opened a new student account using FA checks as my opening funds. Manager promissed ALL of my money would be availabe in 7 days, instead it took 14 days for me to have LIMITED access to my money. Most banks will give you $200.00 - $300.00 on the spot before you can have access to all of your money, this bank gave me nothing but a bunch of BS. I kept calling the bank & the customer service# and they did NOTHING to help, instead they kept giving me phoney excuses as to why they were keeping my money on hold. I learned my lesson, I will never do business with them again, ever!!!
Hate this bank! They still haven't increased they're hours and close at 4pm, which is such an inconvenience because we need to deposit our rent into our landlord's account.
Personally it's the right bank. They get to know you and i don't feel I'm just a number. Feels goog

Terrible customer service, I don't know how they have people without ethics and professionalism working there, treat others well so that you receive the same treatment, Mrs. Silvia, and if you don't like your profession, look for something else when you love your job. you give everything not mediocre thank you
