It has been one year since I moved to this community, I highly recommend this Branch. The Ladies are always very friendly and enjoy their job. I know they might not see a lot of Asian in this area and some of the Asian might not speak every good English, but the employees always treat people with respect and professionally. Banks of the West is so fortunate to have these group of good employees.
Everyone at this branch is very friendly and been a customer for years . Highly recommend
Extreme enjoyment flows through me as I'm in route to my favorite place. Every time I come here a machine gives me money. My only concern is when a little paper comes out and says, " Balance - $7.43
Today I went to this Bank of the West in Baldwin Park for wired money of $10,000.00 abroad, with the same name of account holder and the receiver abroad. I had a power of attorney from the account. The name on the Power attorney is my previous name as same as this review, but my ID had changed after naturalization become the US citizen with all the proof as letter and copy passport and ID. The Customer Service Manager denied my transaction. She said: 1. Why account was opened in San Marino and I lived in Covina, and I wired the money in Baldwin Park? 2. She was not comfortable with the amount I will wire? 3. She asked me why my change of name was in 2012 and now in 2014? She didn't want to read even look at the document I brought and just denied it. How do you think the quality of the customer service Manager of this bank. This is really bad customer service. I do not recommend going to this bank after my experience.
I've been s customer of Bank of the West for many years The current staff have been Extremely Curtious even when I call the branch they never rush me off the phone like my home branch in West Covina I need to transfer my account to Baldwin Park branch
Always terrible bank Only 1 teller line wrapped around outside of bank and Security guard outside Absolutely Unprofessional and this is coming from a guy that worked Security for 22 years Professionally thank God I no longer bank with them made An emergency deposit for my wife reason for my visit
I got kicked out to wait outside and it was raining. On my LA blacklist
Customer service is bad. I am disappointed with some of its employees.
On Friday’s always one teller and huge line in the afternoon. Horrible!
