I've banked with Bank of the West for many years. This location on 64th St. in KC, MO is the worst. Their hours are crazy and closed several days a week. I need cash for Christmas gifts but the ATM will only let me have $300. It's my money and I can't get to it.
Employees are very friendly. But, the bank removed the drive thru ATM and put it inside the building, which I think is very inconvenient. The banking hours used be until 5:00 PM, but now they close at 4:00 PM. Most other banks are open until 5:00-6:00 PM. Can't reach anyone over the phone. Time to close the account for good.
Great people at the branch but worst bank I've ever dealt with when trying to contact customer service. Takes forever to reach a live human being and when you get one they can't help you and have to transfer you to another person who is never available
This bank has infuriating hours. Make it impossible for a full time working individual to do any banking. I’ve been banking here for almost 20 years and I will have to switch banks. One that is open more than 3 days a week.
I do not bank with these guys but stopped while in town to use their ATM. I left my debt card in the ATM by accident. Called less than an hour later and spoke to Jin, the Branch Manager I think. He was kind enough to go outside and check their machine. My card was still there. They held it for me till I could get back there at the end of the day. He was so helpful and saved me a lot of time that it would have taken to replace the card. If I lived in KC, Bank of the West at 64th Street would be my choice!!!!!
There's two females that act like you are a burden to be there but the new hires are nicer Tim and Jim the vets are the best they got but Liberty took em cause as a whole this company is struggling for it not being fixed yet 3 stars
Don't waste your time with these folks as they won't have your back when fraudulent charges are on your account.....they will totally take advantage of there customers!! SUCH A SORRY COMPANY!!
It was the best experience in world for me today. I enjoyed going there. The staff was helpful over the phone and in person. I cash my check there with no problems. Thank you very much for your help
The staff at this branch are wonderful. Very professional and so helpful. They are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Highly recommend this location.
They went out of their way to help when I was moving but did not have a new address at the time. They always remember me when I come into the bank.
