I give 1 star for location of the bank to my house. I give 1 star to the high limit on the debit card  As far as customer service I give them a ZERO. The manager s, Maria don't do what they say, they bring their feelings to work, and told me that she didn't care she was holding my money that was payroll for our guys. I am appalled at the way our business has been treated there.

I have had an account with this bank for more then ten years and I am always treated well at the bank of the west in Antioch. The tellers at this location aren't really friendly and make me feel unwelcomed. I don't know if it is because I am Hispanic but I am always treated like if I am going to steel from this bank. Yesterday I went in to withdrawal and the teller threw the change at me. Sad that their customer service is not focused on all their customers.

Don't do it! They false advertise their promotion. They have hidden fees that is not told to you. When you call for explanation on fee's they don't answer your questions, it's always a different answer, from every one you talk to. Take your business somewhere else.

I'm in line with 10 people only 2 tellers!!! Opps, 1 teller, someone took one of the tellers away!!!

Bank of the West sucks. All I have with my account with them is problems problems problems. I'd go somewhere else if I were you. That's what I'm doing.
