Most horrible company ever! Crooks. I will be reporting them to every agency possible. They charged an "Annual fee" that has never been there before. They charge $495 for closing the account even though we were under NO CONTRACT. They double charged my customers along with double the fees and we still have not had that money returned. If you're using them RUN, the other way as quickly as possible! Since I couldn't reply directly to your response, I will add to this one... That's funny you should say it is PaySafe's fault. Your name is at the top of my statement. That is the number I have called many times and sat on hold for hours waiting to talk with someone who speaks broken English. I have multiple "Ticket #s" from the representatives trying to fix my problems. None of which have been fixed! So no, it is BANKCARD GROUP that has screwed our company!
I signed a three year agreement to let this company provide me with credit card processing. In the three year period the service was acceptable but they have a habit of raising the rates and fees without telling you. They claim that the three year contract had an AUTOMATIC renewal clause but they have not provided me with the form I signed that says I agreed to that clause. I would NEVER had agreed to do business with this company has I known they were so devious. Cannot recommend you do business with this company
TERRIBLE! Our monthly fees we were told would be $10/mo. It ended up being $60+/month. We could never get a hold of our sales rep that started this account and never got a call back. There is a $489 early termination fee REGARDLESS if they tell you that there is NOT a early term fee THERE IS! We have since cancelled our services and mailed in which we had to pay for our machine and STILL billed a monthly service charge even though THEY HAD THE MACHINE IN POSSESION! Ridiculous. FIND ANOTHER credit card service merchant to go through because this one just doesn't know customer service and hiring lying sales reps!
I really like working with the BankCard Group crew. They took our processing over last year and it was a smooth transition. Their team is always personable and knows who we are when we call over with questions. The personalized service is something you don't really see any more and we love that.
The BankCard Group has been my merchant services company for almost 4 years. I never considered taking debit/credit cards until Carolynne Wells came along. I have no desire to change to another company. Carolynne always can explain anything when it comes to my merchant account and she is very personable. She makes me feel important as a customer.
If I could give them no stars, I would. They have zero compassion for the small business owner, did not keep in touch with me, tried to debit my account THREE times in one week resulting in multiple overdraft fees, and gave me ZERO customer service. Run like hell.
Beware of very poor customer service. Even though we were told that there was no termination fee we were charged. First Global has better service, better rates and more honest reps.
