I have the monster air intake, derringer with gauge, pedal monster and boast tubes; all for my 2018 L5P. Couldn’t be happier with results!!! I pull 5th wheel and love being able to switch settings to tow with ease!
We own a 2018 Chevrolet 3500 Duramax that we use for towing of our 5th wheel trailer. We installed the Derringer and Banks Ram-Air and the Pedal Monster. Wow!!!! What a difference! We have had all installed for a couple years now, with absolutely NO ISSUES. The controllability is awesome and handy. I usually tow with the Derringer set to 2. If I want to show off and spin the tires and snap our necks back maybe 5. Crazy Power. Thanks Banks
The items they build and sell are amazing. The purchasing process and the customer service are horrible. The website has a glitch when it comes to 3500 ram trucks, so you have to search 2500 ram, or it will not show you anything. I know this because I had to call in. I was told they had the monster ram intake kit I needed, “ in stock” and it would ship in 3 to 5 days, and I would get an email. 10 days had gone by and I had not received an email, so I called in to see what was going on. Apparently they had run out of wiring extensions and had to wait for a new shipment, ok ? An email would have been nice letting me know there was a delay?? So I was told it would ship out no later than Wednesday. The following Monday I realized I still never got an email saying my kit shipped. So I called in again and was told they had other orders they had to fill so they used all the grid heater delete kits, and it would be a few days until some new ones came in. Again no communication about the delays. And other retailers that buy in bulk take priority over myself that only ordered 1 no matter how long I have to wait. Absolute none-sense. So this time I waited a week. Again no email, again I called in. This time I was told they are working on my order and it should ship by Friday. At this point I waited 3 weeks for something I was told would ship in 3-5 days, and at no time did anyone reach out to me to let me know there were any delays. So I cancelled my order. I called the sales department and ask if there are any retailers in my area, the lady told me they do have retailers but they don’t have a list, and I should look online. So I did look on line, and I found what I was looking for. It was $200 dollars cheaper and I got it in 3 days. I spend $1000 dollars with Banks Power and get the worst treatment I’ve had buying online. It’s an absolute disgrace to the Banks name. That has to be the lamest apology!?! I did not have a problem with an online purchase, I had a problem with getting the parts after the purchase, apparently the person apologizing did not read my compliant completely and only cares I got a better deal somewhere else. I don’t care if you go after people selling your products cheaper??

Never a bad experience! I have a Pedal Monster in every vehicle I own and have probably sold a dozen more after my amazing experiences with with. I also run the tuner with IQ on my truck and the combo with with the pedal monster is amazing and I know it won’t hurt my truck, even when towing. I’ve only had to contact Steve Elliot once about a problem after the dealer flashed my truck and he knew the product inside and out and he got me back up and running in a few minutes. Gale is a stud and he has my Vote for President if he actually did run!
Bought my first diesel powered truck 2 yrs ago, I have family members who have had them much longer and they all highly recommend Banks Products. My first purchase was a Banks iDash, this product has been fantastic and met all my expectations. Only problem that I had, was the suction cup that held my gauge to the window failed and would no longer work. I contacted Steve Elliot from Banks, they stood behind there product 100% and sent me a new one free of charge. They have great products and customer service, as long as that continues, I will continue to do business with them.
Incredible customer service. Had some issues with derringer and the banks team was all over it. Not only did they take the time to troubleshoot but in the end sent me a new derringer. The product itself is exactly what they claim and I’m very satisfied with it. This is an amazing company that backs up their products. Highly recommended!! 5 star all the way!!
Just installed Ram Air on my 21 Silverado, as usual fit and finish is excellent. Have been using Banks products for many years, customer service is second to none. Nice to finally get Ram Air to compliment my dual Data Monster, Derringer, and Pedal Monster
A lot of companies, especially the last few years, are very hit and miss. They will either have a great product and garbage customer service, or they will have great customer service and a garbage product. Banks Power products do not fall into either of those categories. Banks Power offers incredible products as well as offer some of the best, if not the best, customer service I have ever experienced. Banks Power definitely stands above the rest. I have had Banks products in every one of my last 5 trucks and have been a happy customer for over well over 15 years. I highly recommend Banks Power to any of you are looking to get a bit more out of your vehicle as well as be treated with respect all while purchasing g a product from a company that will 100% stand behind their product.
I installed the derringer, pedal monster and igauge on my 2018. It has been nothing short of exceptional. The customer support is absolutely top notch. I would recommend this product line to anyone looking for more smiles per mile.
