NP Esther Burns is great at listening to any concerns I had. She is an actual human being with a soul which is rare in today's health care. My wife introduced me to her and I switched primary care Dr's instantly. She is studying to be a Dr and I have full confidence on her success. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The in house lab is very convenient and also has friendly staff. What a breath of fresh air this entire office is. Thanks for the great experience and I will continue to drive 9 miles to visit when needed as opposed to finding something closer to me. Keep up the amazing work people .
First time visit since moving here recently. I really like that this is a community facility, has a nice small town vibe to it. Heather really helped me out, getting me in on short notice after I missed my initial appointment. Jai, my provider was friendly during my initial visit, arranged for me to have a couple tests I needed. I have not actually received care yet, have a wellness exam coming up in a month. So far both my wife and I feel good about the level of friendliness and professionalism we've experienced.
Banner Estrella is a great facility with a friendly front office staff. Dr. Tholl is a great Doctor committed to helping meet my health goals and takes the time to listen to my concerns. I also love the lab technician - she is sweet and great at what she does.
I started experiencing some semi-serious health issues that didnt yet warrant an ER visit and we all know how costly that is so on 8/4 I made an appointment as a new patient for 8/15 with Nathan Andrew Tholl. The day before I received a text that my appointment was cancelled. Frustrated I went online to re-book a time at the end of the line again and found one for 8/21 with Ginger Dale Akins. Not trusting that the system necessarily made the appointment I call right afterwards to confirm the date and time which the receptionist confirmed. So I waited another week and a half for the new appointment, showed up 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork and I'm told by the front desk that my appointment isn't until NOV 21st. Are you kidding me? 1. That wasn't the time made and confirmed 2. My previous appointment was cancelled by the doctor/office the day before and I had to reschedule it and re-confirm it. 3. I was told by the receptionist that their "call center," who must have taken my appointment confirmation call, don't always get it right. I had called during office hours so it couldn't have been an after hours call center. I called the number to verify the soonest appointment time, and it was the in-office staff that answered, not a call center so she lied to me. 4. 3 months away is the soonest for a new patient? 5. After expressing my frustration for depending on them to not cancel or push it under the rug, health concerns involved, she found a time on 8/30 somehow. I didn't believe they wouldn't just do it again so I asked for a print out of my appointment time. So I'm here trying to figure out where else or who else I could make an appointment with as a backup or fail safe because I really need to see someone still not ER circumstances thankfully, but this lack of dependability is beyond frustrating. My fear is that nearly every doctor will have another 3 months long wait list for new patients and I just wasted 1 whole month on this place. If you're a new patient, do yourself a favor and find another office or schedule appointments with multiple doctors in different clinics so that YOU get the care you need WHEN you actually need it.
My family loves Dr. Nathan Tholl!! He is always so professional and also a great listener as well as kind, he explains things in a way you can understand. The receptionist as well as the Nurses are a nice
We switched my son to this office and our visit today went great. Lori at the front desk was efficient and friendly. She was thorough in explaining insurance and scheduling our next appointment. Dr. Riley is a great provider and made sure to thoroughly answer my questions. I appreciate the health protocols in place such as frequent cleaning and requiring masks to protect the little ones and those that are high risk. I received detailed notes at the end of our visit and overall had a quick visit with little waiting. Location is great.
Dr. Tholl discovered a condition needing immediate treatment. Made time in his schedule the same day to provide care. Follow up call the next morning to check on my condition. He went way beyond my expectations.
Got an appointment quickly. Staff acted qui kly and efficiently to address my issues and concerns. Great communication from the attending nurse practioner.
I recently established PCP care @ Banner with NP Jalisa Zinn. She spent ample time with me, listened respectfully and answered all my questions. She has a terrific bedside manner, is very kind, I highly recommend her!
Finally a doctor that listened to my concerns about my health and lack of understanding from IMS explained the process know how important noting my records are to me trying to get my disability used terminology I can understand and gave me the follow up appointment that day to review all the test needed for a proper health care review and how I can feel better with all the issues I have
