Don't be fooled by so called Tucson Dr's coming to Cochise County. These Doctors are the bottom of the barrel that's why they send them here! Just drive to Tucson and get the quality Healthcare you deserve! You'll NEVER get that here in Cochise County. Dr Pineada prescribed my wife a blood pressure medicine that's was giving her terrible side effects! When we went back he to have it changed get he didn't want to do it!!! Finally he gave in and walked off telling her see me in 6 months!! Totally unprofessional and I'm glad he showed his true colors!! Welcome to Cochise County Dr Pineada you'll eventually end up here with all the other quacks who practice medicine!!!

I waited FOUR MONTHS for my neurologist appointment with Tina Chavez tomorrow, and they called me up TODAY at 4:00 PM to cancel it and tell me they aren't taking new patients!!! I NEEDED TO SEE A NEUROLOGIST YEARS AGO! What the he-ll am I supposed to do now!? I was planning my whole day around going from Sierra Vista to Tucson and I was looking forward to finally having my pain analyzed and they do this sh-it at the last second like it doesn't even matter. Worthless pieces of sh-it!

I called Banner Health to explain that Mandy, from "dr." Pacanowski's office told me 11 days ago that the office manager would call me back. No call received. Dale put me on hold to talk with Alexandria 19 minutes later. She put me on hold to question her supervisor about properly recoding my 12/29/21 vist with Pacanowski. She or her supervisor accidentally disconnected my call 49 minutes in. I question the hang up, because no one from Banner has called, sent a text or email during the 2 hours since! Ethics, customer service? Banner used to have those.

I cannot say enough about the attention to detail, communication style, and expertise of Dr. David B. Stewart. My mom is older and recently had to have a colon resection. During this very stressful time, Dr. Stewart took the time to explain every step of the process in great detail, which immediately reduced our family’s stress as well as the patient’s. I’m the past few years, we’ve dealt with a dozen doctors on various issues. We’ve never met a doctor like Dr. Stewart. He called us personally with test results as soon as they came in and even gave us his personal cell # post-surgery. In addition to his expertise in Colorectal Surgery, he is personable, genuine, and cares about each of his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Stewart and his capable, responsive staff.

Got to our appt early, got into a room and then waited, waited, waited. 40 min later I asked how long we would be waiting. Was told dr.z's last patient just left. Waiting, waiting......1 hour after our appt.....still waiting.....so we just left. No explanation, no doctor popping in to excuse the wait, nothing. If we showed up an hour late you bet our appt would be gone and we would be charged a fee.....for wasting the doctors time. Do we get money back for our time wasted?!

Banner university medicine is the worst experience I've ever had. I'm very sick and have been for over 3 months. It took 6 weeks before the nuerology dept. Could see me once they did the girls in the office were rude. They acted as if I were intrudimg on their personal time by beimg there. Thwy disnt even list my medi al allergies correctly on my intake papers. Dr. Coull requested 2 MRI s on feb 15. Its now Feb 26 and they have yet to be submitted to my insurance for approval. I've called in several times the problem with Banner is they send all calls to a call center so I cannot speak with anyone but a call center person who doesn't care how sick I am or understand urgency I have spoken with 6 different people over several days and been told I'll get a call back but never have. They have all been rude and theres no supervisors to speak with I just need answers and treatment but cannot get either. I would never see a Banner medical provider in the future. Pay attention when you call for the 1st appt. Its the same call center you'll always talk to. Terrible terrible service. Less than 1 star if available.
