Lady on the phone was rude!! Clearly lacking empathy and understanding. Her tone was uncalled for and judgmental, instead of politely explaining what I needed to do she tried to make me feel dumb. Get new staff please! I doubt I’ll be returning, which I’m sure is what she wants anyways.
Very professional environment. I know this is a place to review but I have sleep apnea and I was on a cpap machine last year and then the recall came out from Phillips and ever since then I have had trouble getting a new cpap machine from J and L home health here in Georgetown. I went in a few months back to said establishment and told the young lady that I needed to exchange my old cpap machine for a new one to which she said there was a waiting list for the new ones and didn’t offer to put me on the waiting list. The re-supply division of J and L home health keeps calling me but I don’t have a cpap machine for them to resupply what I need. They are very unprofessional with this matter. Thanks for your time
Worst Doctors office ever. My husband had an appointment in Jan for blood pressure and cholesterol meds. He called the day before his appointment and they let him know that they rescheduled him for July. I saw Dr. Smith for pain meds when I called they said I couldn’t see him because he isn’t my doctor and that the DO Kari had a baby and is out so I have to go wait. So I ended up in an ER with possible Afib due to their negligence. They need to shut this place down. I had to go cold Turkey off pain meds I have been on for 12 years. And you wonder why people kill themselves.
if I could rate below 1 star, I would. older woman at the front desk with glasses I have learned now that her name is Barbara was rude to me from the moment I walked in. despite having a referral to this office, SHE refused to let me see the doctor and instead spent 30 minutes playing telephone tag with 3+ people who all told her I was supposed to be there while I cried, frustrated and anxious, in the lobby. when she saw me crying, she very sternly said, “DON’T be upset.” and then sent me back to sit down. at the end of the entire ordeal, all she offered me was a post it note with a name and number for someone else to call. she still refused to let me see the doctor for an appointment I spent 2 weeks waiting for.
The Doctors are great! Especially doctor Kharri. This issue is the staff. Especially those that are to send out doctors orders. First they lied that the other office didn't do Stat mammograms then they lied that the office stopped taking orders after noon. This has left a patient in pain for a week. They made it clear they as in office staff have told the doctor she can't do something. Seems to be an issue in chain of command.
First, the staff and doctors are great. No complaints. The confirmation system is horrible!!! I called Wednesday morning to confirm my Friday appointment. Wednesday night I received an automated call that told my appointment time and then went on about the payment policy that went into effect over a year ago. This recording was one minute and thirty three seconds long. I then received another automated call Thursday morning confirming my appointment that was over thirty seconds long. I called back and reconfirmed the appointment. This morning I received an email at 6:15 reminding me of my appointment. Can I say OVER KILL! Please correct this system!!
I called the office, gave them a list of symptoms which are Strep throat symptoms. I took an at home Covid test and it was negative but had to disclose that my husband had tested Covid positive with an at home test. They had me come to the office, charged me a co-pay and then refused to do a strep test reason why I went or do anything other than give me an order for a Covid test. Dr Morrin sent me to Express care with said order for a Covid test because “he’s trying to stay healthy”. He told me they would only need to do a Covid test. When I get to Express Care they don’t do Covid tests without being seen by a physician due to not being a screening facility. I had to wait 2 hours to be seen. Dr. Morrin was less than honest, scared to death of covid and his office should have suggested Express Care when I called instead of having me drive across town to collect my co-pay without actually being examined by the dr. Do yourself a favor and skip the extra time and charge and go on to Express Care to get someone to take care of you.
My doctor is great but it ends there. Ever since the practice was bought out by Baptist Health, it has slowly changed for the worst. Everyone in the office seems very overwhelmed and unorganized. I’ve had difficulties in the past making appointments but today I’m not even able to get anyone at the office to take my call. I’ve tried for two hours to just make an appointment with my doctor and have not been able to do so. I’ve called 9 times in two hours and got through twice. Both times I was put on hold for which I sat for 15 minutes and 10 minutes before giving up. It’s staring to become a reoccurring theme.
My family has been seeing dr morrin for around 8 years now. He is such a good doctor, friendly, helpful and intelligent. The staff at the office are also very nice. We have saw other doctors and the nurse practitioner there. We have never has a bad experience.
Dr. Moses was very thorough during my visit. He checked my feet since I am diabetic and that is a first I have had.
