This place is very friendly. I came in 2 different times for them to fill out paperwork for a job I was applying for they handled this for me quickly and was very patient with me. If you have any questions they always guide me in the right direction and if they say they will call you back they do it in a timely manner. Thank you for the great doctors and the lady's who run the front desk are who do an amazing job! God bless you all.

Horrible experience! My fiance had an appointment on 5/1 at 9am. We was on our way but we was going to be running maybe 5 minutes late. As a common courtesy I called and was transferred to the front desk. It was there I was told that we had called and canceled his appointment. We was astonished and I kindly told them that we did not do such a thing. After being transferred and told to hang up and call a different person over and over we finally spoke to someone that told us Dr. Misty was going to squeeze us in. Also come to find out the person who scheduled our appointment put my number in the system wrong so when they called to confirm the appointment obviously I didn't answer the staff was not professional AT ALL. The lady who drew my fiances blood did not wear any gloves or wash her hands. I asked her why she was not wearing gloves and she acted like she was offended and told me she has been doing this for so and so years and that she was not going to wear gloves. She also jabbed the needle in my fiance twice. When I voiced my concern to the doctor she did not say anything, in fact she shrugged it off. This place is highly unprofessional and they practice unsanitary actions. I do NOT recommend. Go somewhere else besides here.

I love this place! Amy was so nice and helpful! They made my experience a breeze! I got the covid test done there and didn’t have to wait long at all. They also do the PCR molecular test which is way more accurate than the rapid test. So grateful that this place is in town and they are so helpful. Dr. Jett called me quickly and called me in some medicine to my pharmacy. Thanks for helping me get better quickly so I can get back to work!

The service is decent and the wait time is 20-30 mins average, as long as you have an appointment and are on time. I haven't had many visits with them yet, so I can't offer a better rating, but from what I've seen they are friendly and professional, and when asked questions, they thoroughly explain.

I have used BHC-Lincoln for over 20 years. I have been truly impressed every appt. The staff is just amazing. They make sure you have everything you need. The nurses and Drs. All want to get you better so you are back on track for your life.

I have been seeing Dr Gibson for years now. I called & set an appointment with her at Lincoln bc I needed to see her asap. They called me back & changed it to talladega & got very nasty.

Would rate no stars but cannot do that and Stll warn people to go else where. Sorry service and good luck getting an appointment to see doctor. They supposedly accept walk-ins but every time I tried to walk in they told me I need an appointment to be seen. Don't recommend this place at all

Dr jett forgot to write one of my meds so i called back an a lady named Christie was very rude an tried to say it was my fault i have never been treated that way before at this office.i let her know right quick it was not but was not paying another copay because he forgot.will be finding another doctor. Things have really gotten bad.

My doctor and staff are awesome!
