Some Dr, don't like you to question their answer medically it's sad

The emergency department is a joke and seriously should be closed down or re-evaluated to continue care. I’m new to the area and my 6 year old has seizures and had to take him there twice and seriously, they know nothing about pediatric care and don’t even have medical equipment necessary for a child. I myself had to go there and they didn’t have the medical equipment necessary to thoroughly check my condition either. I feel bad for the people whose outcome could’ve gone better/differently had this hospital been better equipped and staffed. The staff all have don’t care attitudes, especially the doctors.

I had a friend went there today . Calvin Smith. He had covid. They supposedly doctored him and told him he had to sit outside because of respiratory issues. This man can barely breathe and they send him outside to wait on a ride in this heat.  Nothing to drink. Do they realize how hot it is. I. Reporting this to higher authorities

The women operating the lab in the hospital are nothing short of exceptional. I was in a very vulnerable state and it was part of the reason I was getting labs done. Ariel and Zandria were the two women I saw every other day for labs and they were compassionate, welcoming, and obviously excelled in their skills. I am a provider myself for another hospital and I am big on no matter where you go, give credit where it is deserved. These ladies earned it. Thank you!

They do not have a licensed anesthesiologist. Only nurses with 6 year degrees. I will never ever have another outpatient surgery there. BEWARE!! They will hurt you!! Libby Snyder

Well they forgot about my Sister for 4hours. She had to start hollering before they remembered she was in a room.

The staff in Dr. Robinettes office are so genuinely kind, caring, and considerate. Thank you for your support during this terrible time that I'm going through. Much love and prayers for you all. God bless you

Nurses are very rude took them over a hour to get me into a room and instead of listening to what I was saying they were more worried about me having a pcp then helping me

my fiance tiffany michelle craig had a seizure that damaged ligaments in her neck, says so on her paperwork. and was sent home without anything to prevent any other seizures or anything for pain for her neck. was extremely dis respectful and rude. didnt tie her gown, had her exposed in front of people. and the doctor called us lairs and when i went to show paper work from white county medical center from last thursday saying what they gave her to prevent seizures, he just turned around and walked out and wouldnt look at all.

I was placed in a room with a broken AC. It was 103° outside. This caused me to “have a fever,” which was obviously because of the heat. This seems inappropriate at ANY time. I do not blame nurses for this, obviously. They said they couldn’t get it fixed.
