The staff were very helpful and when recently I was there they kept giving my dad and I sodas. The ladies acted and treated my family and I with love and care!! I also wrote a thank-you note and they taped it to my door. Room 3019.
Hey I'm on my wife's acc..My name is Ashley DeAndre Johnson. I have Cancer .of course along with cancer comes pain..Chemo has been bad to my dental.i stayed up all night so I went to the ER..I wish I could show a pic on here for what they gave me Toradol for.I understand the whole Opiate Epidemic I do but shouldn't the doctor be smart enough to know when a person is in Pain..They definitely do not care about that
My family and I live in a skoolie and we had a baby Tuesday, Tammy in labor and delivery needs fired immediately but the rest of the crew is amazing. She is rude, with her mouth and her body language. Thinks she is better then everyone else there and top dog. She forces her opinion on others. Stated things were policy that WAS NOT. Lied on many occasions. She ruined our entire birthing experience.
I have been here 11 hours and I've been ignored 95% of the time. My daughter found dirty sharps on the floor of the ER. 0/10 would no recommend EVER
Brought my wife for maternity care a delivery. Best experience we have ever had at a hospital. Every nurse and doctor was very attentive and happy to help. Nurses checked on my wife and our newborn frequently, they gave us our privacy by knocking before entering each time they had to come to our room, and they always asked if there was anything they could do for us. Everyone respected our wishes and didn’t question us about decisions we made during or after the birth of our child. My wife and I really do not like going to hospitals, but this place really took excellent care of us and we could not be more satisfied.
This is not my first unsatisfactory visit at this hospital...the receptionist at er was extremely professional and nice but once beyond the do[r I was made fun of talked about and not treated in the way I should have been...these nurses and doctors should not have a medical license
Don’t go the this ER unless you like surprise bills. Having already received an ER bill, I also received a $700+ doctor bill two days before it was due. Mind you, this bill was not for the ER visit; it was for the doctor. I had a ring broken off, I didn’t get shot so $700 is ridiculously excessive. Don’t waste your time here, go somewhere else.
Don't waste your time with this hospital.didnt bother to run test on urine.was asked if had std even though been with same woman since 2010.will make you mad every time you go there.want to talk to you like you are stupid.they know my medical history but don't listen.have a kidney stone but didn't bother to do a CT Scan or anything.go somewhere else.
I will never go to this hospital again. I had heard nothing but bad things about others experiences there but it was the closest hospital to home and my needs were urgent. I hope I never have to go there again.
If it was possible, I'd give this Hell House a 0 star review. From the lazy and untrained staff, to the out dated and/or faulty equipment they use, I don't know where to start. After complaining about the IV hurting to THREE DIFFERENT NURSES, it finally took an actual doctor to figure out that my vain was blown out. The most simplest task of taking temperature has become rocket science, only to blame the equipment.. If you care about your loved ones, I would suggest finding somewhere else for their health care.
