Wonderful park run by beautiful and angelic people

Traveling in with friends to the Poteet Strawberry Festival we enjoyed the very cool unheated pool. We both had issues with our 30 Amp breakers tripping under load but switching to 50 Amp outlet with 30 Amp adapters provided adequate service. Showers were good and the price was RIGHT AT $50 FOR TWO NIGHTS.

They increased the prices from $2.00 machine to $3.00s. The washers always have a old wet towel smell like they don't leave them open to air out or clean them. And they have a sign that says change machine for Bar M customers only. Then why do they have it open to the public it they don't want you using there change machine ? Just asking.

Just wash laundry there. It is quiet and peaceful around this time.

I’ve stayed at this place a couple times. 2nd time being permanent. Nothing but great experiences so far from the cleanliness of the sites and the laundry area. Office personnel is super nice and they’re very laid back people! I would not go to any other rv park in town. They really care about their tenants and make sure everything is taken care of. I saw a bad review before coming in here and was nervous but definitely think that whoever left that review must of had their own issues because the lady at the front is very nice! There is no drama or anything like that. Definitely recommend!! There is also a cop that patrols through here periodically for our safety! Would give more than 5 stars!

My family and I drove in from Kansas City on Christmas Eve, even though the office was closed the manager made sure we had everything we needed ahead of time to get in to the fully fenced and gated property. The full timers were very friendly and even picked up a bracelet that one of our girls dropped at the end of our site. The showers were clean and so was the laundry facility. The grounds are well kept. I drove by other RV parks in town and they looked scary!! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to visit family!

Lived there for 4 months... Residences are expected to follow rules the Mangment should be inforcing but arent ,Theyre dogs are the dogs roaming free and the family members that are staying there for free allow they're dogs to roam free. Management has 4 family members living FREE IN THE PARK in rv spaces. Managments children FULLY GROWN ADULTS are up all hours of the night doing who knows what besides causing brama for the residences. dogs running lose and place is absolutely LICE INFESTED!!! THANKS TO MANAGMENTS GRANDCHILDREN!! They're allowed to play with all the other children so they take it home. Costs more to live there then its worth. Do not recommend it at all!!! Total ghetto...... NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL... DRAMA BIG TIME!!

This is a great place to stay and the owner is awesome and very helpful

This place is quite nice. I have 2 close friends who stay here and I visit regularly. The environment is nice and the people are kind from my interactions.
