Barb is currently serving as Vice Chair of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, Commercial Division. Prior to transitioning into real estate, she was honing her sales skills as a Major Account Manager at Xerox Canada, handling accounts such as London Drugs, Canada Safeway, Canadian Airlines, Molson’s, and McDonald’s.
Barb is well versed in retail leasing, and has had escalating success in the investment sales side of the business, primarily retail and mixed-use properties in the $1 - $10 million range.
She spent her first four years in the Fraser Valley, listing and marketing numerous grocery anchored shopping centres and power centres. Her current areas of focus are Downtown, the West Side and East Vancouver.
