I suppose you are wondering why I am “The House Hound”. Here’s how it happened. I had a client that was super duper fussy and nothing was quite right for him. It just became a challenge for me to find his perfect spot and some of my friends said I was like a dog looking for a bone. That’s when it hit me! The House Hound. And that’s the rest of the story.
Now I will tell you a little about me and the exciting life I’m having. Being a grandma starts to tell you that I have been around for a while, and have had some experiences that helps me to be a realtor. Sales is where all my efforts have been. I sold deli products to top chain market buyers from San Diego to San Francisco for many years, learning that service to the client is the most important issue with a client. In 1988 we moved to Nevada County and built our log home and became distributors for 15 years. We were involved with everything from septic systems, wells, land prep, drawing the plans and being on site supervising the complete erection of the logs and the building dept. Selling real estate has all these things involved in a sale.
