Two college women, hoping to pursue community singing in the barbershop style, set out in the fall of 2015 to jumpstart the female barbershop scene in Tallahassee. Thus, Barbershop Ladies of Tallahassee was born now under the direction of Artistic Director, Elizabeth Uchimura and long-distance Executive Director, Ashley Wright. The group has flourished into a fun-loving, tight-knit chorus that just wants to sing! We invite any and all women to join us in our passions for singing and friendship whether it's for a short time or a long time. We'd love to have you!
