Barbie J Daycare, LLC has been in operation since Jan 2012. Ages range from 6 weeks to 5 years. Our core belief is taken from Reggio Emilia approach in teaching how to use symbolic languages (e.g., painting, sculpting, drama) in everyday life. The program is based on the principles of respect, responsibility, and community through exploration and discovery in a supportive and enriching environment based on the interests of the children through a self-guided hands on (and teacher assisted ) curriculum. Our staff believes that consistency, nurturing, balanced nutrition, and interaction are the 4 keys to a happy environment for children to blossom. Our daycare is a state licensed type B home through Jobs & Family Services, Summit County, Ohio. We are one star rated with STEP UP TO QUALITY through the state of OHIO. Our daycare follows the guidelines of Early Learning Developmental Standards (ELDS) set for by the NAEYC. We are able to take title 20 and private pay.
