My husband and I moved into our new built house three months ago. We had struggled to get mirrors and shower doors from a Previous Supplier. In Desperation we found out about Barefoot & Company. They have been Fantastic!! Ronnie has been our contact guy. Ronnie has consistently communicated with us promptly from the first time I reached out to him. Ronnie made an appointment with me and each time we met he was on time if not arriving a few minutes early. This is a Very difficult time to be building and receiving products in a timely manner...Not the case with Barefoot. Each time they said they would be at our home for a consultation or an install they were there! On Time!! Each person that entered our home was kind and very professional. This was a GREAT experience for us as we had been so very disappointed with our previous supplier who would NOT communicate with us. Barefoot has done exactly what they said they would do in a very timely manner. My husband and I are very Thankful for them and Very Pleased with our Shower Doors and mirrors!! I do not believe my pictures actually do them justice We had an issue with only one mirror and Ronnie has been excellent to help us get that resolved. Had to close in my new home without master bath shower glass and mirror due to them. Took months and to get them installed I finally did 3 weeks after close and the glass door installed was bowed and needs to be replaced. No Mirror has come yet. Installer said it’s about a week to replace. Warranty dept said they would come last Friday for the mirror and never showed up now they won’t return emails or calls. It’s been over 4 weeks living in my house and they can’t even install a simple basic bathroom mirror. No idea when the shower glass will get fixed. If you have a choice I highly recommend staying from this company.
Found a cracked top window sash in our new build and builder claimed it would be replaced. Somehow it never happened and we were given the responsibility to schedule with Barefoot to have it fixed. I scheduled a time with their customer service/warranty and they were a no show on the appointment date. Waited a couple of weeks and called back and again their customer service rep was very supportive and got me another appointment scheduled. The technician installed the window but I just realized he flipped the pane in relation to the neighboring window so that the white lattice looks different between the two. So now on the front facade of my basically brand new house I have a double window with two different shades of white! Just poor attention to detail from a “window company”. Wish I would have caught this sooner.
A Barefoot Rep measured my shower for a glass enclosure 9/23 & promised me an estimate on 9/26 or 27. 21 days later & a second promise date of 10/3, I have nothing. They initiated NO contact. I had to e-mail them which resulted in the 2nd promise date. This company lacks business courtesy & customer service skills. Take your business elsewhere. I did.
I recently closed on my home, was missing a window meshes and had a damaged window frame. they came once to install the window meshes, but the guy didnt have mesh for the patio door. I wonder how it might be the case, as every neighbor of mine has the mesh doors. It has been over a month since i closed on my home ,and it is extremely hard to reach them with their archaic voice mail system
Worst experience of my life!!! They are so unprofessional and so unorganized!!! I would never ever ever recommend them. Please don’t use them even if it’s your last resort!!! The ladies that answer the phone are so rude and they lie about everything! Their job is just to “answer the phone”.
Lord help you if you have a warranty issue. I can wait but when I keep getting promises and no one shows up that is just plain bad business. It is so inconsiderate when you make plans to stay home and no one shows up. They call and switch from am after I explained that it would take time for the window replacements and they said I would be first stop in afternoon. It is 2.30 and no one here and service guys are nowhere near and can not finish the work today. Once again I have to reschedule. I run a business and if my customer service was this bad I would not have any repeat customers. It is so unprofessional and now I have to rework my busy schedule and miss another day of work.
Stopped by Barefoot & Company to purchase a 24" plastic sweep for the bottom of the semi-frameless glass shower that their technicians had installed in our home in April 2016. Customer Service Rep. sitting at the contractor's desk was friendly & helpful. However, I about fell out, when he informed me that the cost of the 24" plastic strip is $25. Be prepared to be price gouged, if you go to Barefoot & Company to purchase replacement components for your home!!!
Jeremy came to fix some door issues in my house today. He took fixed the issues right away. Highly recommend Bearfoot and co.
First experience working with them, personable and nice on the phone at first, but they placed me on hold almost right away when I called to pay for my work order. Said they needed to find the right person to talk to me about my work order, which they could not locate by my name, the employee's name, or my address. OK no problem, but then they put me on hold for 10 minutes to investigate and while on hold, they played Christian messages, Christian ads, and Christian music, which, not being Christian myself, I had to listen to so I could speak with them. I don't mind people being religious, but I don't know why a business has to wave it in people's faces and make them listen to their religious messages. Then, they got back on and said they would call me back, and they never did. Have to try and call again tomorrow because after waiting several hours for a call back, I called at 4:25 in the afternoon and I guess they have stopped answering phones by then. Not a good experience so far. I hope their bathroom restoration work is better than my phone experience.
