Great experience for my 75-year-old, golfing dad who stayed from February through March. Recommended for people trying to enjoy Myrtle Beach without the noise of young families/children. Easy access to King's Highway HWY 17 but far enough off that you weren't disturbed by the congestion. Unit was as described and clean. Community was quiet with plenty of sidewalk access for walking. Enjoyed Putter's Pub more often than his doctor would appreciate. Maintenance and office were quick to respond when needed only once. Access to all that North Myrtle Beach, especially golf, was convenient.
The place was super cute but the management office failed Time share info was awesome but they got rude when you told them you needed time to think about it I know this is how it goes but pressure isn’t the answer I would LOVE to stay again if I didn’t have to deal with the front office again
We had a late check in. Resort forgot to leave our keys, so we had no way to enter our unit. We were given a different unit. The place was filthy. Toilets were dirty, mold all over the shower curtain, garbage under the bed. The carpets and floors were disgusting. We went to the office the next day and were offered a 100 dollar inconvenience refund. We were told to move back to our original rental. They asked me to send the pictures of the dirty unit, which I did, but I never heard back. The second rental was only in slightly better condition. Would not recommend and will never return.
If I could put a 0 star I would this place is disgusting! My name Michaela Singleton me and my husband stayed from 10-04 til 10-07. We stayed at cyber bends 415 . It wasn’t the room we purchase and it was nasty . Roaches,spiders, and some bug we never seen. We called everyday and complained. They stop answering our calls and if they did answer they would hang up House keeping didn’t come clean everyone and the office rude and nasty. And they will not refund your money back at all. It was miserable here me and my husband had to go to the emergency room because we was itching and had red bites all over us from bed bugs.! I called the hotel and robin was very rude. I believe I’m just gone get a lawyer we had to throw all our things away, clothes and overnight bag. Everything we had in that room we trashed so we wouldn’t bring no bugs home to our kids . I have pictures and everything sorry I can’t post them. Do not waste your time or money please go somewhere else. I will never stay here again or recommend to anyone it’s not worth the headache at all RUN RUN RUN!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The WORST decision I've ever made. My family and I stayed in the North Tower on April 4-6, 2019. The place was decent there were obvious stains on the floor. The mattress in the master bedroom was old and worn out. A few days after we checked out, there was a charge on my card for $225.00. I called and finally spoke to Robin. She informed me that the housekeeper said that we had taken linen off one of the beds. I told her that was ridiculous. I explained that the covers were left in the unit. My 14 year old son slept in the living room on the convertible couch and he removed the covers from the bed to sleep under.When we left he converted the bed back to couch. He left the covers inside. THAT WAS SOME HORRIBLE HOUSECLEANING. I was refunded the $225.00 three days later. Now fast forward to June 13, 2019 I noticed that they robbed my account of the $225.00. I spoke with Casey and she was very mean and uninterested in my pain. I'm not a thief. My family aren't theives. I just want my money back. YOU GUYS NEED TO HIRE BETTER HOUSE KEEPERS. Totally dissatisfied. Zero Stars. Scammers. They try and steal your money MONTHS LATER
Very delightful, the turtles can and we fed them every day
We stayed in Willow bend for the weekend. The apartment/condo unit is very spacious but definitely needs an update. The carpet is stained, towel rack is broken, tv remote control did not work. Staff were really nice and the DVD is a good add on.
I love staying here. It is clean and the rooms are so spacious. It's like a home away from home.
