As a first timer both the boss and her makeup associate were very nice. They helped me out tremendously because i don't know anything about makeup. Plus i came on a great day to get the 25% off deal.
Had a horrible experience at this location this evening. I went in to try and exchange a foundation that doesn’t match my skin and to try exchange/ return a product that showed charged on my receipt... for which I hade purchased on cyber Monday. Never did I go in with an attitude for any of these questions. While one of the representatives checked on my order. I had help from younger rep to do the foundation match she was nice, and gathered the products I would purchase. Once I was ready to be rung up the other representative told me in a rude manner I wasn’t going to get credit or couldn’t make an exchange. Which is understandable just explain it to me don’t start accusing me for it. I wasn’t there to argue at any time but she felt the need to have a rude tone with me and make it a big deal. It truly was unnecessary. I left feeling poorly and confused from this visit.
Jesenia is amazing. She helped me with a purchase over the phone and then called me back with my tracking number. Someone give her a raise. She was super friendly and courteous.
