Ms. Hope, cut my hair today. I was a walk in. I sat for 20-30 minutes. I was very surprised at how much I loved my cut. She knows how to cut a gingers hair!!! Lol. Very nice people great experience.
usually get somewhat decent haircuts here, i wouldn’t go for anything unless you have very short hair and just want a fade. i grew mine out for a few months and explained i had thick hair and my barber didn’t even wet my hair just went at it and left me with a good bit of uneven spots, uneven side burns that i had to fix myself, and a few nicks in the back where the clippers caught. like i said with short hair they do great and no hate towards this business but if you have any length at all id go elsewhere.Service: Haircut
I used to come here often, and I understand that appointment customers come first. I wish they could more accurately describe the estimated wait time. Please don’t quote an hour and then wait 2.5 hours and tell the customer it’s going to be 30 minutes or so I wasted almost 3 hours to false claims sitting in the lobby. If you don’t know how long, just say that. I’ll come back a different day if it’s a long wait. Why make me sit there for hours under the guise I would receive service
I have been coming here for a little under 2 years to get my haircuts monthly and even twice monthly sometimes and I have had no problem up until today. I usually make appointments with Keith because he is very professional and always does a great job on my hair. Because I was busy I had to reschedule my haircut and because Keith wouldn’t be available until April I had to do a walk-in. The very overweight white lady with blonde hair was the barber I was paired with for my walk-in. She immediately made me feel rushed as soon as I sat down. She asked me what kind of haircut I wanted and I explained to her in detail what I wanted and even showed her a VERY CLEAR picture of myself from a couple months ago and explained that I wanted the same haircut. She immediately went to work and started to chop her way through my hair without even measuring before she cut. She was going so fast I was surprised I didn’t lose an ear while she was cutting my hair. She completely ignored everything I asked for and showed her to do before she started cutting. My hair was ruined. 6 Months of growth right on to the floor just like that. She saw I was unhappy then asked if I liked it, when told that I didn’t she went on to say with an attitude, “Next time try to show us a better picture so we both get the same idea of what you want.” I sat there in silence for maybe 3 more minutes as she continued to ruin my hair. After she was done, she again asked if I liked it. I said it was too short and she said, “At least it’ll be good for the summer.” I was borderline tearing up at this point just staring myself in the mirror. I’m ashamed that I even paid for the haircut at all. Very saddened by the way I was treated and how I didn’t get the haircut I paid for.Service: Scissor cut
Simin Ali is the best. She knows how to treat her customers. She just does a great job and this place is run by pros. Get an appointment for your next cut you will leave like a new person.
Always a great experience here! They are usually pretty busy so I suggest making an appointment. My 3 year old loves getting his hair cut here.
I came in with my beard freshly trimmed and edged up from my original barber at a different barbershop. My barber had two days off and I had a trip out of the country the day after I went to this barbershop. My beard had two days maybe three days growth on it and she messed up my facial hair horribly! I was astonished on how you could mess up so bad! I wasn’t going to call and complain because what will you fix if you already ruined the shape of my beard when all you had to do was remove the stubble. I will never recommend this place to anyone and most definitely will not be back!Service: Beard trim
My fiancé and son come here and have been seeing Simi I think that’s how you spell her name. She’s great! My son is autistic and she’s an angel that is able to cut his hair quickly and GREAT! We’ll keep seeing her forever!Services: Kids' cuts
Many experienced barbers here. All seem to be good at their craft. I moved here from elsewhere and this has become my place to go for a cut and a fade. Usually busy so I would make an appointment ahead of time. All the staff are friendly. Worth a look if you need a proper haircut.
Great haircut with a hot towel and straight razor the back of your neck. Simi does an excellent job. Be sure to make an appointment.
