Barlow’s tackle is a very special place that will forever hold a spot in my heart.  Very nice people, speedy shipments and awesome products. Call, catalog and online ordering covers all the bases!

I have ordered from Barlow's multiple times and have had excellent service.  Last year they called me to clarify and order before they sent it to me. Packages are sent promptly with access to tracking numbers.  I just  received a box from them this weekend and there was damage to a bottle of heat stabilizer for soft plastics causing the bottle to.  Everything was contained in plastic bags, and an inner and outer box.  I immediately sent them and email with a picture of the bottle  I received the package last Saturday and this morning there was an email letting me know that they were sending me a new bottle. Great customer service!

Phenomenal place, great quality products to produce wonderful lures and baits! Excellent service and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Got a call about an order where i had ordered mutiples of a few items and hadnt seen that they had bulk pricing. They let me know i could save on my order and took care of me. Great customer service!

The main complaint I have with this company is that they constantly have great products that they no longer Carry or get discontinued.  So frustrating when I find a product I love and when to go order or re order they no longer Carry.

I would have liked to have given it more stars but why have business hours posted without having the store open? We aren’t from the area and have tried twice to visit; today and 6 months ago and both times the hours on Google says open but the store is not. The sign posted says it’s online only. If it’s online only then please don’t have store hours. Very misleading.

I have been shopping at Barlow's since the '80's. They have an experienced staff and they're willing to help you out. Even though I don't live in Richardson anymore,  I do tell people about Barlow's Tackle when I talk about lure making. Been dealing with Barlow's Tackle for years I've never had a complaint my orders usually ship the next day unless I order on a weekend and it's that Monday I normally receive my order in three days except this time  no fault of Barlow's  USPS sent my order east instead of south it just irks me that my mold is taking a sight seeing tour of Colorado. But keep up the great job I'll be ordering a couple more molds next week thanks for the email that they are in stock again.

I can now mark an item off my bucket list. Ive have visited there and spent all the money my wife didn't know I had. They have everything, it's like a fisherman 's toy store. Don't by, tell them Roger sent you and mark it off your bucket list.

I love and use all their products. Some of us have spent thousands so you'd think a free shipping threshold would be provided.
