Worst business experience ever. Owner is rude. Employees however were very nice and I feel sorry they have to work for a man like that. Gave my bf a blad tire that im sure wouldn't have passed any kind of inspection then got mad when I brought it back. If you want people to support your small business maybe you should treat them a little nicer and with a little respect instead of stomping off like a child and waving them off.
Never never go here. They did not put my mom's rim back on her car correctly and it fell off. She went back to tell them and they were very nasty to her saying "well we have a sign saying we're not responsible for that kind of stuff." Idiot, that's why that business will never get anywhere, rude men so disrespectful to women when they come to their shops. Gosh if you hate your job that much, QUIT!
Well Barnes tire is usually a great place to get a used tire, went there today riding on a maypop tire one that may pop anytime...well I was relived to make it to their store only to find that it was closed, even tho the website said they were open...very disappointing indeed, had to drive all over to find a place I could use, ended up at last at simmon tires, who were very helpful, and even explained why Barnes we're closed... They we're out of time and got back late just glad I found a place on short notice....
Have done business with these guys when my daughter was in a carrier... Her daughter my first grandchild is now the one in the carrier. I come from McDowell County because the deals can not be beat.
Owner was very rude never again will I go back there. Staff was fine. Very poor management and lack of true leadership.
