Here’s the deal, this was my first time trying this dentist out because my regular dentist at another location resigned so I made it to my appointment five minutes early and had to fill out tons of paperwork some of which I understood. After that, I waited and waited patiently until after almost 2 hours I had to inform them that I couldn’t wait any longer because I had somewhere I needed to be. I was told that the long wait was due to a normal procedure with another patient that turned complicated and that a wait like that was not the norm. I want to believe the nice receptionist but after that first bad experience I don’t think I’ll be back so now I’m still looking for a reliable great dentist that’s hopefully out there somewhere.
Dr. Barnes & her associates were very professional. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. My dental questions and concerns were addressed and answered clearly and concisely. I am looking forward to having more healthy different dental treatments and experience… As well as a great smile. Mrs Powell

Barnes Walton Dentistry is a first class practice of quality driven professionals. I have been a client for more than 10+ years. I have much respect for my dentist Dr. Kyra Barnes and her lovely buttoned up staff. Collectively, they are very knowledgeable and experienced in oral care I appreciate that Dr. Barnes keeps up to date about oral diseases and treatment and consistently invests in training and new technologies to insure that patients are getting excellent oral care. I had my teeth cleaned today as I do every six months, and my mouth is deliciously clean! The hygienist, Deborah, went through her standard process even though my teeth are in good shape. She used layers of cleaning: a warm water pick in addition to the cleaning scraping tools. She flossed my teeth and polished them with a high tech water and air polisher. No grit. The polisher dispenses cool air and water, so Deborah messaged my gums while using this tool which lessened the sensitivity. Love these standards! Amazing results from a wonderful practice. Absolutely deserving of 5 Stars!
I cannot give enough kudos and rave reviews about this dental office. Friendly, professional, clean, informative, compassionate, detailed, knowledgeable... A simply amazing experience and highly recommended.
Oh! I am thrilled that I can eat, work and play in one of the Communities that I serve as a local REALTOR®. I absolutely love this office, from check-in to check-out, I feel I'm amongst family! I've not been as committed to taking care of my teeth due to a very traumatic experience as a child. Coming here reduces the anxiety drastically and I'm seeing improvements in my teeth and overall gum health Professional, Punctual and Personable!
Dr Barnes is both talented and professional. She has been on the dental boards for many years and carries the esteem and respect of her colleagues. Her office staff is cordial as well as caring. Her referrals to other dentists for specialty services , for me, have been superb, which speaks to the excellent network she has forged through her many years as a dentist. She is thorough and efficient. I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking excellent dental services.
Dr. Kyra Barnes & her Dental Staff are Indescribable, Wonderful, Stupendous, Fabulous, Outstanding, Brilliant whatever other words that can POSSIBLY be used to DESCRIBE The ABSOLUTE BEST DENTAL CARE EVER. They r also Compassionate, Sensitive, Attentive, Acutely Aware & Gentle. My husband & myself have been going to Dr. Barnes for over 10 years & if my husband is pleased one has passed one of the most difficult test in the World. Dr. Kenya McCalebb is a true gem in the dental field! I have been going to the dentist regularly since I was a youngster, and no one has ever been as thorough, attentive, detailed & caring as Dr. McCalebb. She became my dentist last summer and as a new patient she did a complete analysis on me including a cleaning, a full exam & X-rays. The process was quick & painless and the results were phenomenal. I just could not get over how thorough she was, considering some of the experiences I've had in the past where doctors will rush in & out of the room or make you feel like a number, not a person. She took the time to sit down with me & explain my dental plan step by step & even referred me to a great doctor for a dental implant that I've been wanting for a while. If you are looking for a dentist who is well-educated, well-versed in the industry & truly cares about her patients give the office a call & schedule an appointment with Dr. McCalebb ASAP!!!
I went to see Dr. McCalebb for a cleaning and she was awesome, very efficient and thorough. Her technique was gentle and she did an excellent job explaining what she saw as problem areas during my exam. If your looking for a great dentist, check her out!
