They are HORRIBLE, Vera ordered the wrong urn, me and my family have been calling since May because they ordered the wrong urn and we still don't have the one we ordered. I called up and spoke to the owner today 6-24-2023 and the owner told me he's aware of the problem and doesn't understand why I have a attitude, I said sir, my father passed away on May 22nd 2023 and we still don't have the urn we ordered, he said send the one that was sent to you and he will send you the urn you ordered, and we ordered a Blue coffin and they gave us Grey, send me what we ordered because I will file a BBB complaint. THEY ARE HORRIBLE, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!.......
