Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt welcomed the moment I stepped foot in the door. I went in to find a S&W 9DVE. They didn't have it in stock but went above and beyond to get what I wanted on order. Put a small deposit down and from there everything else was a smooth process. I'll look to them for future business as well.
I bought a streamlight flashlight on the 11th and worked with it the same night. Within 2 hours on the job the led bulb went out. Today I try to return the flashlight in exchange for a new light or store credit.. the guy working behind the counter refused to take the flashlight back because it did not have the box. Horrible customer service and horrible variety of merchandise in stock.
