Clean showers and restrooms, good laundry room. Great dog walking area. Neighbors were quite and no barking dogs. I like the place would recommend to a friend
Great location, wonderful management. The are needing updates on the bathroom amenities. The pipes back up on the shower floors and there is holes in the walls that just need an access door put in place. Otherwise all great and convenient.
Trashy run down park with vulgar trashy people and very much Karen manager. Very biased manager for her favorites including the destructive spawn roaming around with no supervision from their expert parents. Manager has inconsistent rules and can't tell you the same thing twice. Lots of riff raff living in broken down junk using trash bags or a bucket for a toilet and then tossing it at the dumpster likely to miss. Don't expect bathrooms to be taken care of or roads as that would require spending money and effort. No snow or ice removal. Better to avoid this massive dumpster fire all together. Keep it trashy Barr Lake RV!
Super kind and helpful staff, no frills, clean, and nice park.
Good place stay a night or two and then move on. manager is a nice lady and fun to work with. some of the long terms have taken advantage of there stay.
Reasonable rates and rules. There are seperate showers for men and women that require a door code to access. The park is family and pet friendly with a playground and several areas for walking pets. Prairie center shopping center is less than 1 mile away and has restaurants as well as a wide variety of shops including Target, Office Depot, and Home Depot, just to name a few.
This place is mostly full of full timers with their trashy yards. They also cant make a reservation for more than a couple days out. Not exactly a welcoming RV park. Shouldn't have the Barr Lake name either
They do not return phone calls and rarely answer the phone! I'd love to get a long-term site there, but cannot reach anyone.
This place is great! It's nice, clean, and Kathy in the office is very patient and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
Loved staying here for the month! Really close to town and shopping, close to the train station down to Denver, and lots of festivals/markets in the area if you know where to look. The noise can be a bit loud, but being so close to 76, and therefore Denver, 100% makes up for that. The price, especially with how close you are to Denver, Boulder, Westminster, etc is amazing. The only thing that could use improvement are the bathrooms here as they are outdated, cramped, and could use a good clean. However again, for the price I would recommend.
