A barre at the green workout is an all round fitness experience set to music targeting arms, shoulders, chest, abdominals, thighs and seat. In one hour you will perform high repetition small pulse movements that will burn calories, build long lean muscles, increase bone density and improve flexibility and balance. The workout is based on the Method designed by ballet dancer Lotte Berk who created the technique as a fusion of ballet, Pilates and sculpting.
