Perfect for clients of any level, this 60 min experience sequences a combo of energizing strength and flexibility training for a full body workout that burns fat, exercises the heart and targets all areas of the body: from the arms and abs, to thighs, seat and back. This head-to-toe training is done barefoot. Posture, balance and alignment occur from the ground up and will translate through your entire kinetic chain (ankle-knee-hip-lower back). There is a strong focus on form and consciousness which connects the core-to-breath-to-mental focus; accelerating results and creating deep, dynamic strength. Exercises are coordinated with current/fun music. No previous dance or barre experience is required.
