Barre District Oak Creek is great for every workout level with modifications offered nearly every move. I love all the classes. Classic barre is great for toning and barre fight is the best of both worlds, strength and cardio. Barre District in Oak Creek is amazing! Both the instructors and the participants are very welcoming and encouraging. There are a variety of different types of classes which allows you to mix it up and challenge yourself. I love that each instructor puts their own twist on the moves and every class is different. You are constantly working different muscles in order to tone your entire body. The instructors are also excellent at providing modifications for every move in order to allow everyone to participate at their own level. Those modifications were so helpful when I first started, and are still helpful when I need a little extra assistance to complete a move. I highly recommend this studio, I’ve been going regularly for 8 months now and love every minute of it!
Love this studio and the instructors! The barre classes fit all your work out needs- strength, cardio, and functional training. There are plenty of modifications to the workout so anyone that is new to working out or has an injury can still do the classes.
I love Barre District Oak Creek! I started going to Barre at the Bay View location a few years ago, so when I found out they were opening a location 10 minutes from me, I was ecstatic!! It's located in Drexel Town Square and it's such a cute studio. The owner, Mary is so sweet and all of the instructors are so welcoming, but they aren't afraid to kick some booty! I went to the grand opening and I've been going to classes ever since. Barre is a great total body workout!! Highly recommend you check out this studio. They run great deals for classes as well.
So...I hate working out. However, since this place opened not only have I continued to go, but I actually look forward to going! The studio is so adorable and the atmosphere is very inviting. The owner, Mary, is just as adorable and so welcoming! You can tell she loves what she does and her positive energy shines throughout each class she teaches. Additionally, every instructor that I’ve had so far has been equally matched to Mary’s awesomeness! Their teaching styles vary some, but all are friendly with high energy to help motivate you to push past what your brain is telling you you can’t do. But what I appreciate most about Barre is with every move that we do, it can be modified to your level, so you’re still able to challenge yourself without the fear of failing. After every class, I leave with a sense of accomplishment and excitement to come back and try it again. You only need to try it once and if you do, I promise you’ll be back too!
Love love love Barre!! The instructors are amazing. They help you adjust the workouts to challenge you where your at!! You will have a sweaty fantastic time. Oh the community there is like no other!
Ever since my first class I've been hooked! The instructors do a great job offering modifications to fit your fitness level. The classes are always challenging...I never leave feeling that my muscles didn't "shake" thru the burn enough! I LOVE going to the BARRE!
Absolutely love this place! All of the instructors provide amazing workouts and take the time to get to know each person who walks through the door. I’m so happy to be getting in shape in such a positive and uplifting environment!
