Barre Fitness is a low-impact, strength and toning class suitable for all fitness levels.
At Barre Fitness, we use ballet dance and pilates techniques to tone and strengthen our bodies as well as increase flexibility. Barre Fitness is low impact and appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.
About Lydia: Lydia Wagner fell in love with Barre Fitness after just one class, and believed in it's benefits so much, she became certified in January of 2016 through the International Ballet Barre Fitness Association. She considers herself a lifelong dancer, from taking jazz classes as a child, to competing on her high school dance team, to taking hip hop and aerobic dance classes to stay active as an adult. Lydia welcomes everyone to Barre Fitness hoping to increase strength, tone and define muscles, and improve flexibility and posture.
