Barre Therapy

I've been going to this studio off and on for many years and I always come back! Classes are upbeat and so much fun you don't feel like you're working out even though the amount you sweat proves you are lol. The instructors are all awesome as well as the owner. Watching the business adapt during the pandemic has been amazing and I'm sure extremely challenging, but handled with such grace and compassion With the variety of classes offered, there is sure to be something you will fall in love with and will keep you coming back for more! The community of people that it has brought together is one of the best parts of this studio and I'm blessed to have made so many wonderful friendships!

I have been going to this studio since 2019. Hands down, the best Barre studio I have ever been to. Since I have to travel quite a bit for work and experienced other barre studios throughout the US none of them hold a candle to this studio or instructors. Makes me so thankful to come home to it. Broni has assembled a remarkable group of instructors who are kind, encouraging and push you to be better.

Best Barre studio around! If you live in or near Oceanside and are looking for a great workout with an amazing group of women, Therapy is the best! If you’re visiting Oceanside on vacation it’s worth your time. Every single instructor is fantastic and there is something for everyone whether you want a true ballet barre workout, a TRX workout, a sweaty fabulous dance cardio class or even boxing - Therapy has it all. The owner is the most genuine honest to goodness great all around person who truly cares about her clients and their fitness goals. Try the two week demo and I bet you’ll be hooked, just like I was!

I’ve been attending this studio for a little over two years now. My boyfriend at the time lived near them and now that were married and we live in Carlsbad, I’m so glad this is my home studio! During Covid, Broni and her team have been excellent about making sure everybody can tuck and dance with them either virtually or in person. Their recent outdoor classes at Buccaneer park and Rising Co. have been absolute life for my soul. Thank you so much for the way you love us well!!

My legs are soooo sore. I weight lift 5-6 days a week and this barre class had me shaking and sweating. Loved the instructor and her music choices. 10/10 would go again!

This studio has such a great sense of family and community, the people and staff are all so friendly and happy. The owner is awesome and very dedicated to making this a great place. The workouts will leave you sweaty and feeling good, also for all fitness types! Lots of variety of classes so a little for everyone. I love the barre class and how it has much more cardio then most I’ve tried. Overall such a wonderful studio!

Love this Studio! Broni is not only the owner but an amazing energetic fun motivating instructor. All the instructors are encouraging and do a phenomenal job making all the workouts super fun. There are a wide range of classes and times offered. Love the outdoor classes and fun themes they have throughout the year.

This is the best fitness studio around! The classes are all fun and amazing, challenging and suitable for all levels. The instructors are all very talented and genuinely lovely people. And the owner, Broni, is one of the most wonderful, inspiring, and empowering women you will ever meet. She is so authentic and extends genuine care to all of the people who enter her studio, creating an amazing community for everyone. I have been a member for years and absolutely love coming here.
