Materials required: yoga mat, sticky socks (available for advance purchase)
Class: Each class will include a warm up, an upper body section, a barre portion, and floor work. No experience is required. Max: 10

Drop-In – $12 per class
Unlimited Monthly – $65

Instructor: Tina Logan – Tina Logan, MD, is a fitness, wellness, and art enthusiast. Throughout college and medical school she was actively engaged in fitness and exploring the mind-body connection. She currently holds certifications in YogaFit and Vault Barre. As a third-degree black belt in Taekwondo, she has also taught martial arts and kickboxing classes.
