Barre3 is the only workout program I have been able to consistently keep up with, and it's absolutely because of the amazing instructors at this awesome studio! Every instructor is so engaging and helpful. I love that each class is always new and different to keep the variety! I also love that instructors will offer alternatives during class to different flows and postures and will offer suggestions when something isn't working for you that day. I would absolutely recommend this studio to anyone looking to get into a new workout routine!
Love this total body workout. Each class is a little different so you don't get bored. Instructors are awesome., very knowledgable and motiving. Studio is clean and has great active wear to purchase. Would definitely recommend!
Barre3 Winter Park is very inviting. Personnel are very friendly, classes are fun and they ensure there are modifications that class participant may need. The classes are fun and a wonderful workout!
What a great fitness facility for most fitness levels ! Instructors are thoroughly trained with the Barre3 program which is so important for clients ! check it out & you’ll be surprised how much you’ll enjoy the workout !
5 stars for an excellent fitness studio! I love this place! Their staff is warm and welcoming and sets up each client for success by showing them the props, introducing them to the instructor, and letting them ask questions to feel comfortable. Each instructor brings a different class and playlist, making each class and fun and unique experience from start to finish! I love this studio so much that after 2.5 years, I became an instructor!
I absolutely love this studio. Everything from the workouts, to the community, to what they stand for. Is really incredible. I started coming to the studio prior to the pandemic. I was pregnant at the time and they were very helpful with modifications throughout the workout. Once the pandemic hit, I really appreciate the precautions that they took immediately and I started to attend the virtual workouts. Now, when places started opening back up I noticed that they were not the first to open back up because they really cared about everybody's health and safety, not just the bottom line of their business. They are one of the only studios in town that I am aware of doing outdoor classes which is all that I feel comfortable doing right now. I am so grateful to be able to have the opportunity to work out safely again. Thank you guys so much!
Barre3 Winter Park is my home away from home! I've been going to this studio regularly for four and a half years. I love everything about it! The workout is challenging and fun. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and help modify the workout to make it your own. The routine is different for each class, so you're not doing the same workout every time you go. Not only have I gotten stronger, my posture and balance have improved.
I started coming to Barre3 Winter Park about 3 years ago and what started as a place I went to work out has turned in to more than I ever could have imagined! All of the instructors are wonderful and bring great energy to the classes. No matter how many times I go each week I continually find myself challenged and encouraged to try something different or push myself a little harder than I did the day before. I have also made some great friends that I wouldn't have otherwise been introduced to if it weren't for our love for barre3. Andi and her team foster a welcoming environment that makes you feel like you are a part of a community as opposed to just showing up a gym to work out and leave. I can't say enough wonderful things about the workouts, the studio or the amazing kids lounge that my daughter loves!!

I love this place. Every instructor is wonderful. I always feel like I got an amazing workout and I can feel it the next day. Super cute clothes for sale in the studio, nice calm breathing session at the end. They also have childcare which is a HUGE plus
