I was in the area for 4 weeks and found this gem. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Plenty of daily sessions to chose from. Being a first time Barre student, alternatives are provided during class. I didn’t feel judged nor ashamed for lack of being in shaped. Based on my experience I’ll try other barre studios during my travels. Give the studio a chance you won’t be disappointed.
Love this place! The instructors are AMAZING and you get a whole body workout. I love how the instructors always offer ways to modify each pose or flow series. This helps taylor the workout to each person’s unique needs and prevent injury. I highly recommend working out at Barre 3!
I've tried group fitness, personal trainers, running, and "regular" gyms, and never have I ever loved a workout as much as I've loved Barre3. No two classes are the same, yet you can always guarantee an amazing instructor, an uplifting atmosphere, and a killer workout. I've been able to do the workouts in different stages of physical fitness since every single workout is designed for a range of ages, abilities, and body types. Barre3 is a gym like no other!
This studio and this program is life changing, I trusted the process and lost over 40 lbs my first year. That in itself was amazing because no other program did that for me but what I didn’t expect was the community. It’s mostly ladies and we do not judge each other! Everyone is very supportive and encouraging. The owner is magical and she’s hired a staff that matches her passion for the program and the members. I’ve made some lifelong friends. My mind, body and soul is addicted to the classes and the energy and the community. I’m a founding member and will be a lifelong member. I’m 55 and in the best shape of my life because of B3. Don’t walk, RUN to join.
The only workout routine I have ever stuck with, for a reason! I get a great full body workout that challenges me every time I go. I always feel a sense of accomplishment. The instructors are awesome and you can tell they love what they do!
I have been a member of the LM Barre3 since BEFORE it opened classes at a local dance studio! Ever since that first class, I have been in love. This studio is welcoming, clean, and kid-friendly. The instructors are the best around and I always look forward to working out!

Barre3 offers the greatest environment for the best workout. It meets me where I am daily, as I can modify anything I need to, to meet my bodies limitations each workout. The best part is the feeling of community and encouragement from the staff to all the amazing members. There is truly no place like it!!!!
Fantastic place to workout regardless of age or limits. There are modifications and no judgment. We’re all different that’s what makes Barre3 the best. It’s a family atmosphere everyone is always welcome. The best instructors and owner ever!! Come give it a try you want be disappointed.
The Best workout and a studio full of women and men who lift each other up and have the best time! No judgement! No negativity! And a place for any person, any age, any size, any fitness level. Can’t say enough good things about the atmosphere that Lauren and her staff have created!
