I booked an appointment online with Heidi. The booking process was a breeze! The Cigar Factory where the shop is located is really easy to find. The staff are all welcoming and friendly. Hedi gave me an amazing cut and always carries great conversation. After the appointment, she recommended a good product for my hairstyle. I also enjoyed a cold beer whole I was there. I highly recommend Barrelli Barber.

I hate taking time out of my day to get my haircut... It's like a thing for me... But this was my first time at Barrelli's downtown CHS location and I have never had a better haircut experience. I  had Heidi as my stylist and she did an excellent job, was very sweet, and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Complementary whiskey drinks and beer. Love it. Every staff member is always amazingly friendly and I walk away with a perfect cut every time. They listen to what you want and work with you through every step to ensure you have the exact style you're looking for

First time and wasn't disappointed. Great atmosphere, drinks, prices are comparable to sport clips with everything you get in a men's haircut but you actually get a good cut! Ask for Heidi

$82 plus tip for a haircut and beard trim… i was told by the barber that the cut took longer than expected and there was no time for a shampoo.  Really? For $82 no time for a shampoo? The “barber” never even asked me how it looked, gave me a mirror to see the back.  Was rushed out.  Way too expensive for the lack of service.  The “free” beer isn’t worth it.

Friendly, on time and a great beard trim and head shave. It was about relaxing as it could be. I will be back the next time I’m in town!

Don’t want to give one star because I’ve only had one experience here and the atmosphere is very nice. Booked because of the 5 stars on Google and because my usual barber was booked for the whole week. I’ve been growing out my hair since August and have only gotten a cleanup once in maybe October. I liked the way my growth was going but I came in just to get some bulk removed and have the top of my hair cut into flowy curtains so that as it grows it doesn’t just grow into a one-length mop on my head. Showed my barber pictures and explained I wanted as little length off as possible, just some of the fluff removed and the length evened out. She washed it at the end and didn’t dry it so I couldn’t see how it looked, though it definitely felt lighter. Whatever she put in my hair made it feel dry and crunchy so I washed and dried when I got home and I’ve never regretted a haircut more in my life. She probably took off 2-3 months of growth. I asked for the top to be cut into curtains and it couldn’t be further from that. It was too hard to tell what was going on with my hair being cut wet otherwise I would have stopped her if i realized how much was coming off. I had JUST gotten past the awkward stage of growing out and now I have to go through it again in a few months when it reaches its previous length. Now the hair on the crown of my head is sticking straight up like I’ve been electrocuted because it was cut too short where it flowed perfectly prior to the cut. For $40 and a 25% tip I would have expected more. The building is nice and the staff is very friendly but I would be afraid to come back, even to a different barber. I guess once I catch back up on the 2-3 months of growth that I lost during this cut I’ll just steer clear of getting it cut anymore to avoid this again. Guess I’ll be utilizing my hat collection until then.Service:&nbsp;Haircut
