The work is great, your coworkers are great. But as for the management, yeah that’s a joke. They do nothing when you have a problem and it’s made out to be your fault. Tracy Arnold supervisor for WIC clerks to be exact - Let me just say, she has no business being in the position she’s in. Let’s comment on people wearing “cheeky underwear” and then point out to the other employees about the cheeky underwear as well weird to me but hey, no action done on her part. Then she likes to demand what you’re going to do for her, how’d that work out for you Tracy? I have been coming to this office for over three years with my son. Believe me I say, I would not come here if I didn't have to but with my son's medical bills and needs, I can use the services which Wic provides. The program is wonderful but the people who work at the front desk of the WIC office are the most rude. Never a hi or hello back, never a smile or greeting. They just look annoyed that we even showed up. They are very rude to people who are non English speaking as well, we are here for help which we have the rights to seek, yet some of the people who work here make others feel horrible to even say a word.
Usually always get in and out quick of appointments. Knowledgeable staff and friendly receptionists. I can remember coming here over twenty years and thankful for everyone who works here and all they do in helping keep our community healthy!
Nice people. Lots of changes since new management has taken over. The parking kinda sucks but it's not that bad. The staff is pretty easy to work with and knowledgeable on what they are doing. The little brown bags are downstairs and easy available to those that need them. Check out the board on the way out for plenty of business cards
The front lobby lady is very nice but upstairs where you inquire about shots and other health info the lady is a real B, basically said that adults don't need government health insurance just a real rude women. Id advise to go somewhere else.
It took quite a while to get through the whole process and I had an appointment...but the staff was wonderful and very caring and helpful!
Let me just start from the top the floors even the outside of the building is trashy and needs remodeling and refining no health care facility should look like this or be in the environment they need to get their records striaght and not make people wait 3 hours check in time 2:15 pm to 3:59pm checkout time it’s not ok when the front desk associate has to say sorry for their mistakes this place should be shut down for not following health code violations and not going over what is needed to give a patient the proper information and keep what dates and records from past experiences with this place their is no good in this place besides the front desk associate saying sorry being pulled out of school all day becuase they don’t have any times avaible but they sure do i can assure u that cause I was their all day and I was the last to be called and not even get what was needed for my school as far as the stars go on google I’m going to have to say their should be a -10 for this cause this is just not acceptable especially for this type of service don’t not go here
From the hospital they sent me a bill for Covid 19 .. $ 3,720.63 .Let me mention that I have private insurance.Why did I get the bill ???????
My son had an appointment 10 :30 so I got there before that and wait for One hour and 30 minutes after wait so long so I decide to ask someone And I asked the reception lady how long more I have to wait she said let me ask someone after a few minutes she got back bring me another an appointment for next month I said why is this she said we don’t have stuff to do so every one had the same problem you have to get there by time and still wait 2 -3 hours that’s very rude what they did to me today
I moved here from a smaller county. And I figured Bowling Green would have a better health department. But most of the people that work here are really hateful and unhelpful. Also this is the worst place to call, the operator will constantly hang up on you and send you to the wrong place. They need to get it together there.
