Allstate insurance , has let me down twice now ! The adjusters are inefficient due to work overload and increase in storms . They sold me replacement cost insurance yet after waiting months and sustaining more damage i receive less than 20% of original estimates. They are not regulated in any real way and openly mismanage and drag out all they can. Appeal system is broken and not so accountable as they condone the use familiar and loyal vendors to help reduce cost and value from neutral contractors. Great front end and customer service especially rates, the small print and misrepresentation of replacement value makes them not worth it overall, find a more transparent company to ensure you . Know what your getting when something bad happens.
Tausha has been very helpful in finding the perfect bundle for my home and cars insurances and made me save a lot $ monthly. It used to be so accessible and easy to speak to our agent about our policies, but once he was no longer there, we were told to reach out to a generic email and phone number and it takes so long to get an answer either by email or phone. I used to recommend it to my friends but it's a completely different experience now.
Disappointing service! Dealing with Allstate is just a waste of time and money! I’ve been with them for years, I recently had my first car accident and it is taking forever for the claim to be processed. The claims advisor is unresponsive and it is always hard to reach anyone who can help!
Lesson learned: getting the most expensive insurance, doesn't mean you're getting the best. Allstate has been my property insurance provider VIP Home package for 15 years. Up until April 2022, I've never made a claim. Allstate has the most expensive insurance rates; but I reasoned that it was worth it to have peace of mind. My sewer backed up at the beginning of April.  I agreed to let Allstate's chosen contractor to do the work, as it carried a lifetime warranty.  Aside from the initial clean up, no further action has taken place. I placed numerous calls and left messages to both the contractor and Allstate. To date, no one has called me back to provide an update or answer my questions legality of changing contractors, etc. It has been over 3 months since the clean up; and the work required is minor - replace drywall and carpet.  I'm still waiting for the phone call...... The entire situation is woefully fatiguing, made all the more so, when I consider that I've been paying for the most expensive property insurance package offered by Allstate. Suffice it to say, I continue to be underwhelmed and disappointed by the performance of Allstate. I feel compelled to warn prospective clients that the VIP homeowner's insurance doesn't guarantee hassle-free,  professional service. I would expect this treatment from some bargain, cut-rate insurance provider, NOT ALLSTATE!
Very bad insurance company they say something and do something they charge extra also if you buy policy from them after that they don't help you very very bad service
Honestly, don't go with this office for your insurance needs. The people here talk down to their customers. They refuse to explain anything without some kind of attitude attached with it.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst insurance company, and most of all WORST branch. Service is subpar, and EVERY SINGLE person that works at this location LIES. If you make the unfortunate decision to conduct business with them, assume everything they’re telling you is a lie and document everything.
