I recently used Barrows and was so lucky to have Matt as my designer. Not only is the company a very classy top notch place with gorgeous products, their customer service was phenomenal! Matt went above and beyond to design for me the perfect treatments to match my style and home. He took the time to make sure the whole process went smoothly and to my liking. I couldn’t have been happier with my purchase and experience. I highly recommend them for your home and don’t forget to ask for Matt, you won’t regret it!
I couldn't be happier with the choice of Barrows to install the plantation shutters and wood blinds in both of my homes. They were very professional, the service was excellent, and the windows look terrific. Follow up service when I needed a few replacement shutter magnets was also easy and free of charge. Thank you!
We had a Hunter Douglas blind fail on a wall with a series of windows/blinds. Aesthetics aside, we need privacy on that side of the house due to the proximity of our neighbors. Virginia was super friendly, told me I could drop it off that day, and she had it done within 24 hours. She went above and beyond and that's just not the level of care you see in most business today. Thank you for a great experience and getting the blind back so quickly!
They were very helpful and on top of everything. They have a huge selection of materials and styles. The blinds were finish couple weeks earlier than we expected. They were on time for the installation, work fast and very professional. It was an easy and painless process. A little bit pricey but worth every penny.

Barrows installed seven Hunter Douglas shades in our bedroom. We were extremely pleased with the design, ordering, and installation. In particular, we had unusual shaped windows and found a vendor that could manufacture shades for those windows. Barrows was willing to work with the vendor and secure and install the shades. Everything occurred flawlesslly. We would highly recommend them.
Total pleasure to work with! Besides great products the service is fantastic. Excellent follow up and communication. Matt was wonderful and helpful as were the installation crew and the staff… shout out to Virginia! But all were lovely to work with. After the long journey to total renovation of our post-war home, the time finally came for window treatments--the fun stuff. Part of our concerns were about impact resistant french doors with too much light at times and not enough privacy. We sought advice from many vendors, who told us there was no good solution without outside mounting to the wall hiding our molding or ruining the integrity of the doors. Then we stumbled on Matt and Barrow Custom Window Treatments. He offered a special product made for this type of situation that is a blind of the highest quality attached with adhesive. Problem solved. Where others failed, Matt came through with the breadth and depth of his product offerings, materials, incomparable design aesthetic, and a can-do attitude when we needed it most. There is a popular saying that you get what you pay for. For Barrows this is very true. You might pay a little more but they are professional through and through. The measuring was done quickly and ordering was done almost immediately. We had 4 installers arrive yesterday right on time and went to work. They were efficient and careful with our home. They did an amazing job with our 19 shutters! I highly recommend them. This is our 2nd successful job with Barrows!
