Thank you to the gentlemen who helped me find the right nuts and bolts needed to fix a broken bed frame. The assistance was/ is much appreciated. The cashier at the front of the store is always welcoming with a friendly “hello” or “welcome” when you walk in. It’s a smaller store so finding things you need is quick and easy.
This place is top-notch. They always have what I am looking for and are willing to help me figure out what I need for whatever project I am working on. I go here for the customer service alone. Plus, they have whatever I may need.
As a black man you ever go into a place and everybody is being nice but you can tell they're treating you like you are about to rob them? Multiple times I've gone here and that's the vibe. They know they're doing it they know you know they are doing it but it makes them feel big.
Every single time I come here- staff is A+++ I have asked some dumb questions lol and have never been treated as if my question is dumb haha. But seriously- I always get great help. This morning I came in needing to find something to “unstick” my stuck disposal. Idk- just didn’t want to call apartment maintenance for something I can do. I didn’t get his name but the man helping me went above and beyond to find the little tool I needed. To top it off- I didn’t bring my debit card with me and just cash and I was $2 short haha. He said bring it in next time but I had $2 in my car and ran it back in. Again treated with great service.
They ALWAYS have what I need at a really good price and without the home Depot craziness. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Love this store , love the people and they know there stuff. Talked with the guys for a few as they BBQ some awesome sliders. Just good humble honest people at this store. I shop here first any time I need to.
GREAT PLACE!!! Especially when Norman is helping you & "pretty much" doing ALL THE WORK FOR YOUi.e., planning, telling you how to do the project/job& so, on and so fourth!
This is for MATT MATT MATT thank you soo soo soo much for helping me with my sons bike I came in here 3 times hoping the first time would be great it’s okay I got help by the best and you actually took your time and put air in my sons bike I’m so appreciated because I’ve been to 4 stores looking for this part for my son and to have someone who really took the time for me I appreciate you so much
This is the classic hardware store. They have everything. The staff is terrific. They are super helpful and do their best to get you taken care of and solve your problem. I once brought in a broken faucet part and, after looking through a warehouse of parts for me without any luck, the guy helping me MADE me a part to fix it! Crazy great service.
I went here with my friend and I just want to say that your staff is awesome and the gentleman named Norman, I believe his name was, was so helpful and really pleasant to interact with. I'm really happy that I went even though I didn't really need anything. I will return should I need something in the future mainly because of the awesome customer service.
