Barry Weiner is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner and certified in Financial Forensics. He is the senior member of the business consulting firm of Barry Weiner CPA & Associates, Inc. Mr. Weiner graduated from California State University, Stanislaus in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. He became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1990 and as a Certified Fraud Examiner in 2001. Mr. Weiner has also taken numerous courses in business valuations and is in the process of being accredited as a certified valuation analyst.

Barry Weiner is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), California Society Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA), National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Mr. Weiner’s membership in the CSCPA also includes membership in the family law and business valuations sections. Mr. Weiner has completed the principles of valuation courses leading to certification by NACVA and the courses leading to be accredited in Business Valuation by the AICPA. He also attends continuing education courses provided from many sources.
