They don't answer their phone you have to leave a message most of the time! The reception Valerie, says she is too busy to do her job! They charge your insurance company for things they don't do and justify it by saying the hygienest performed the additional task while she cleans your teeth, when only a licensed dentist can perform a complete oral examination! This task takes takes approximately 30 to 60 minutes to do according to Canadian dental association so if a cleaning only took 1/2 an hour to do by the hygienest how can they be honest by charging 2 services preformed when they only did 1, a cleaning! The dentist was only in the room for about 5 minutes if that!

These guys are the best. Everyone in the office is happy, the Dentist is kind, and I've never felt the needle.... Like, ever. He's amazing. It's hard to get them on the phone because they are busy, so keep trying! I love this place!

Treatment was horrible. They capped my sons front tooth and it fell off within a few days . Also the fillings that were put in my daughter's mouth fell out . They canceled my last 3 appointments at the last minute.
