In addition to our extensive wine and spirits collection, our tasting room offers over 30 wines by the glass with a farmers market driven menu that highlights Californian cuisine with a touch of Tunisia.
The creation of Barsha was inspired by husband and wife Adnen & Lenora Marouani. The story begins in Las Vegas where they met. Their passion for food led them to Caesars Palace where Chef Lenora honed her skills at 2 Michelin star restaurant Guy Savoy and Chef Adnen ran the main kitchen for the hotel. Their paths crossed when spinach came into the mix, and the rest is history! (When you see us, ask about the spinach story!)
Wanting to expand their experience and knowledge led them to Europe and Tunisia, North Africa (where Adnen is originally from). There they staged in various restaurants and took their knowledge of food and wine to another level. When coming back to the states, the enthusiastic Adnen Marouani developed his wine skills in various restaurants in Los Angeles as a sommelier. Chef Lenora worked as the executive chef of Crescent Hotel in Beverly Hills. After owning two restaurants in the past (Amori Trattoria and La Maschera) Adnen knew it was time to get back on the restaurateur bandwagon. This time it would be a little different; a wine and spirits store featuring a tasting room with a small seasonal menu that pairs perfectly with a unique wine selection.
