Ray explained the different types of tips I could choose from for my pool stick. He didn't rush me on my choice of which one I wanted to go with. I explained to him what I was looking for and he said the type would be good to use. I left my pool stick with him and about 2 hrs later he called me to say it was done. Saturday night I went to a friend's house and shot a few games of pool and I was very satisfied with the choice I made. Thank you Ray for putting my mind at ease because I was totally amazed how much of a difference it made. You have my business for all repairs I would need in the future.
We bought 4 chairs for our new island, and they are PERFECT! The quality is top notch. Ray provides excellent customer service; HIGHLY recommended.
Ok service when buying, forgot to call me back a few times, that was acceptable. A few months later we noticed the slate wasn't installed correctly causing a seem on one piece. They refused to take responsibility. This is the second expensive table I've purchased from them and will be the last, when I told them that they said, I don't have to buy another table from them, buyer be ware
Installed new felt on pool table - Very professional and precise with making sure they do a good job. Offered suggestions for caring for felt, cleaning tips etc. Would highly recommend them. Thank you.
The guys are very informative about their products.. They are honest and dont try n sell you a $50 stick for $100. My first vusli t their the guy working came over to the sticks with me and explained the pricing for each with absolute honesty. I believe his exact words at one point were, "So basically all of the sticks in this section; whether they're $50 or $150, they all play more or less the same. The prices for these fluctuate basically on just the aesthetic value and nothing else. But when you move over to this next section where the sticks are about $200-$700 this is where the price ranges have to do with the wood used, how they are made, their balance, special technologies being used in the making, and a ton of other intricasies that real shooters notice but that's all." It was awesome. I actually ended up buying 2 sticks. One was $60 n the other was $450. And just for the kicker he was back at his desk n i shouted over at him," HEY, HOW U FEEL ABOUT KNOCKIN $50 OFF A STICK?" He replied,"How much is it to start?" I said $450 and without hesitation he yelled back, U got yourself a deal.. It was a beautiful thing. Oh n they also give like 10 or 15% your bill if youre a regular.. So it might be basically the only billiards store around, but it would still be the best either way.. They also provide overnight tip replacements, Weight adjustments, and custom jobs.
Great customer service. Quality products. Purchased pool table and bar stools from Ray several years ago and everything is still in perfect working order.
Excellent selection and quality products. Will definitely stop here again. If your looking to make your basement an entertaining one this is the place to shop.
The install guy, Harry, is amazing! Watching these guys put a table together is just so cool!! Great customer service and knowledgeable staff!!!
Great very friendly staff. They encourage you to try out the sticks and allow you to play on the table.
Best place in the area for anything billiards. If they don't have they can get it. Ray is a wealth of knowledge. The customer service is outstanding.
